As Manager of LilyPad Crèche & Montessori, Sharon oversees our nurturing and professional environment in Rathfarnham. With years of early childhood experience, she ensures that all children feel safe, happy, and supported. Sharon is the main point of contact for parents and is deeply committed to our “home-from-home” ethos.
Ali Quinn
General Manager
Ali is one of LilyPad’s lead Montessori Educators. She brings creativity and warmth to the classroom, guiding children through hands-on learning and exploration. With a strong belief in child-led discovery, Ali fosters independence and curiosity in every child she works with.

Becky brings warmth, patience, and lots of cuddles to our youngest little LilyPads. Whether she’s singing stories, helping tiny hands explore new toys, or soothing someone who needs a snuggle, Becky makes every child feel safe and treasured. Her room is full of smiles — and usually a little happy chaos!

Ruby brings bright energy and big smiles to the LilyPad team. She’s always ready with a fun activity, a silly song, or a helping hand. Whether she’s sparking children’s creativity or joining in their imaginative games, Ruby makes every day feel lively, welcoming, and full of laughter.

Our Management Team consists of a Centre Manager, Assistant Manager, and Supervisor, each of whom demonstrates the core skills and qualities necessary to maintain the highest standards in daily operations. Their leadership ensures the seamless running of our centres and guarantees that your child’s experience is of the utmost quality.
Qualified and Continuously Learning
Our team members maintain at least a Level 6 qualification in early years education and hold up-to-date First Aid training. We are committed to ongoing professional development, offering support and encouragement for further training to ensure we stay aligned with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.
